Alicia was born in Omaha, a graduate of Millard West High School and first moved to Louisville in 2010. Following high school, Alicia attended SCC in Milford for a GM Automotive Service program until she was involved in a traumatic car accident which led her to undergo long term physical therapy and introduced her to the important role massage therapy and nervous system manipulation have in the recovery process. It wasn't until she attended NCTA in Curtis, NE for Veterinary Technology where her desire to learn massage increased, but with the focus of applying it to working dogs and horses to benefit their health and productivity for ranch and rodeo operations. After a 9-year journey as a professional home and business cleaner in Cass County, Alicia got the big shove to go back to school to finally learn massage therapy in which she graduated and became licensed in 2023 and opened Small Town Serenity, LLC. in the town she has grown to love and calls home. Alicia is currently a dog mom of four with a pet fish and newly married to her better half, Jake.
