My journey into the healing world began years ago in my hometown of Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I was introduced to the art of Thai bodywork. This ancient practice sparked my passion—a desire to help others feel better and truly understand the intricate connection between the body, mind, and spirit.
Curiosity led me across the globe to Los Angeles, where I deepened my skills at the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, California. There, I immersed myself in Clinical Sports Massage Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy, earning my Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist and Health Educator diploma with honors. Those 1,250 hours of intensive training weren’t just about techniques—they were about unlocking a profound understanding of how the human body works.
Now, as the owner of Artisan Neuromuscular & Sports Massage Therapy, my mission is to help Los Angeles residents navigate the demands of a fast-paced lifestyle. I specialize in therapeutic sports massage, blending Eastern bodywork with the precision of Western science to address each client’s unique needs.
Massage therapy, to me, is more than just physical touch—it’s a conversation between the body, the practitioner, and the nervous system. Through techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and orthopedic massage, I work to alleviate chronic pain, restore mobility, and enhance performance. I also draw on the neuroscience of massage to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping my clients reduce stress and foster emotional well-being.
Whether you’re an athlete recovering from an injury, someone managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relief from the stress of everyday life, my goal is to empower you to Feel Good, Move Better, and Be Resilient.
Recognized as one of the best massage therapists in Los Angeles (thank you, Google!), I’m honored to have earned the trust of my clients. Your support inspires me to continually refine my skills and provide care that meets and exceeds expectations.
