My journey of massage began when my 6-year-old self set up a “spa” every family summer vacation. Little did I know, this "spa business" I was running would come full circle 20 years later...

After cultivating a deeper understanding and passion for health and wellness within myself, I was determined to learn and provide bodywork to my family and community. In January of 2022, I graduated from the Denver Integrative Massage School. I have learned and practiced a variety of Eastern and Western bodywork modalities.

In understanding every individual has a unique makeup and constitution, sessions are designed with the intention and goal of meeting the unique needs of each client. You will always be asked what you’d like to address, so that together we can create a session that feels effective and relevant. I believe massage therapy to be an incredibly powerful tool in healing body, mind, and spirit and I’m grateful to be able to learn this work and to offer it to my community.
