Massage therapy is not only for the physical body, but for the emotional, energetic, and spiritual body as well. As humans we tend to hold tension, stress and trauma in our physical bodies resulting in discomfort and pain. My passion lies in energetic, emotional and spiritual releases through connecting to the physical body. My favorite modalities include deep tissue, circulatory, Thai, shiatsu, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and reiki holds. Every massage is a unique combination tailored to each session. Using energy work and body work my goal is to hold space for my clients to relieve suffering and feel peace.
