I have been a professional massage therapist for over twelve years and have enjoyed every second of it! It is my goal and my passion to enable my clients to improve their quality of life by improving their mobility, generating a relaxing experience, and lessening their pain. I have extensive experience working with clients recovering from trauma, suffering from chronic neck and back pain, frequent headaches, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic issues resulting from repetitive injury. One modality that I am particularly happy to offer is Manual Lymphatic Drainage. As a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist I am uniquely capable of addressing the specialised needs of cancer patients and patients with chronic illnesses. Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy provides palliative care for clients and reduces the swelling associated with oncological treatments. Because Manual Lymphatic Drainage is such a gentle yet effective modality, it is also recommended for clients who have had surgery, in particular joint replacement surgery, to reduce inflammatory stress on healing tissues.
