I am passionate about my work and find giving massage almost as relaxing as receiving it! I have a deep respect for the need to balance activity with rest to allow the body time to heal and return to wellness. I value building strong relationships with my clients so that I understand your needs and goals not only from a physical perspective, but from mental, emotional, and spiritual perspectives as well. I enjoy customizing sessions for my clients. My goal is to help you relax and get relief from pain and tension.  A session with me may include Swedish and deep tissue massage, aromatherapy oils and hot towels. 

I am licensed to practice massage in Michigan and am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
