Bernadette is fantastic at what she does! I was referred by a coworker to her for prenatal massage, and I could not be happier with my experience throughout my pregnancy. She addressed and fixed some hip pain early on better than my chiropractor! Bernadette has been understanding of late rescheduling due to pregnancy symptoms or schedule changes. She adjusts each session based on my changing body and needs. She really knows what she is doing. Every time I have left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will absolutely be continuing my membership with her after my labor and recovery.

Wow, Bernadette is truly gifted. I’ve had many massages, but this was my first lymphatic drainage massage and it was wonderful. Painless, but enough pressure to relieve the swelling and tightness I was experiencing post-surgery. I immediately booked two more sessions - and one for my husband. So thankful to have found her. Can’t wait to try her other types of massages too!

Bernadette is truly a gifted massage therapist. She has an innate sense of what is going on in the body and she has so many modalities to choose from given her extensive training and drive to learn more. I'd recommend her to everyone!
