I love to work with clients in a truly holistic way – combining functional lab testing with dietary and lifestyle changes, as well as addressing emotional and structural stressors that may be affecting their symptoms. Along with my husband and three children, I moved to Little Rock from Chicago two years ago, and we really love living in this beautiful area.
I offer three unique services at the Academy of Holistic Arts:
- Thai Bodywork: You will love this modality that is extremely effective for decreasing pain and tension. The sessions are done fully clothed on a may on the floor. You will notice a difference in your range of motion and pain/tension reduction that lasts for days to weeks after your first session.
- Functional Diagnostic Nutrition: I work with women who have a health issue they can't seem to get past - like headaches, acne, digestive issues, or low energy. They're looking for a practitioner who gets it and is willing to dig deeper into what's really going on so that they can finally get better.
- Mental Health Counseling: As a counselor, I work with women who battle anxiety and depression and are looking for a mental health counselor who will really listen and who knows how to help them feel better without prescription medications. I have a person-centered approach that is truly holistic, allowing me to help clients zero in on the true game-changers that will make a difference in their every day lives.
