Early on, Rachel worked primarily in customer service, following her passion to help others. However, her curiosity in the sciences remained unsettled and after researching various fields, she decided to become a massage therapist where her ability to help others would truly be in her own hands. Rachel got her start in massage therapy at the beginning of 2009, after graduating from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Phoenix. Rachel has been licensed and practicing massage ever since. Her experience extends from day spas to chiropractic settings and now she has been working to grow her very own home-office, Kinesio Massage, nestled in the charming little city of Ahwatukee. Rachel specializes in treating clients who suffer from chronic pain of all types, especially Sciatica, Lower Back Pain, Rotator Cuff Injuries, TMJ, and more. Rachel is an advocate for self-education and is constantly researching to learn more about the body. Her interests in exercise and nutrition also motivate her tremendously. So don't be shocked if she shares a tip or two!
