Hello, I'm Ashley Michelle Wood. Since 2007, I have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Maine. I offer a variety of therapeutic and holistic body work. I opened Essentially Balanced Massage in September 2018, located at 7 Main Street in Lisbon Falls, Maine as a sole practitioner and we have been growing ever since. More About the Owner
Since graduating from Central Maine School of Massage in May of 2007, I have been immersed in the massage therapy field. I have continued taking courses and getting certificates in different modalities to improve my skills as a massage therapist. I love to learn how the body functions and how it all works. This has helped me with improving my bodywork skills and aid in getting my clients to a comfortable, balanced, more pain-free body. I enjoy educating my clients on how they can help them self at home and what they can do to get the most out of their massage or bodywork sessions. I have a true passion to help people feel well and be more balanced throughout their body. Recent graduate of the CranioSacral 1 by the Upledger Institute and is skilled in CranioSacral techniques.
