Over 16 years ago my life took a drastic change when I was entrusted with the care of a little angel who needed help emotionally and physically.  My journey in massage began way back then, although I didn't realize it until about 12 years later.  Since then, I too had suffered traumatic and disabling pain which help mold me into the therapist I am today.  Now, having lived 90% pain free since 2010, I can see that there's always some hope in hands-on care.

I specialize in Therapeutic Pain Management through Massage.  The areas of most used modalities are NeuroMuscular, Trigger Point, Medical and Deep Tissue Massages with either Medium or Firm pressure incorporating Myofascial Release as well as Remobilization of constricted areas (with tolerated stretches).  Also adding to the mix Hydrotherapy including Hot/Cold Stones or compresses and Holistic treatments as needed.  Working hand and hand with my client's doctors or physical therapists has become the norm in helping them get back to business sooner and longer.

I attended and graduated from the Therapeutic Massage and Training Center in Westfield where I now teach Massage & Bodywork as well as Anatomy & Physiology.

There is a deep passion that burns in me for what I do.  It's not about gratification or financial gain, it is because I truly believe that this is what I was always meant to do.
