The week before seeing Linda, I was dealing with excruciating pain in my shoulder, so much so that it felt like I had dislocated it. I had very limited mobility and swelling in my hand, and it was nearly impossible to sleep at night without pain. I also had some muscle tightness in my neck. I scheduled an appointment to see Linda the following week. By the time I went in, a lot of the pain had subsided, but I knew the root cause still needed to be addressed. Linda dedicated our session to methodically working out the knots and tension in my shoulder and neck. OH MY GOD! I could literally feel the muscles release so much tension, and by the time we were done, I felt like I could pitch 9 innings. I had an amazing experience, and I can not wait to go back!

Linda is extremely smart and professional. Very nice too! So happy I found her! After one massage I can see improvement in the swelling in my abdomen from surgery. She really knows her stuff.
