Health, wellness and fitness have always been a passion of mine, even as a kid.  I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2001 and a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005.  Both professions give me a unique advantage in helping my clients.


With neuromuscular massage and medical massage therapy, I can help to relieve my clients' pain, increase range of motion, and improve posture.
