I just love this place! The massage therapists have been trained in a way that they pay close attention to detail, listen to your concerns and areas you want to work on and never make you feel like they are rushing or skipping out on anything. The environment itself is incredibly relaxing, warm and inviting. I have not had relief in my shoulders and upper back like this in years. It was easy to book, easy to get to and they have wonderful communication. I highly recommend lighten up massage & bodywork for all of your needs.
