I studied Massage Therapy at High Tech Institute in Nashville, TN and am trained in various types of massage techniques. I am fully trained in Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Swe-Thai, Sports Massage (pre and post event), Geriatric, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Facial Massage and many more.  I am experienced in helping clients with Lymphedema , Sciatica, Fibromyalgia, Whiplash, Tennis Elbow, Tendonitis, Back Pain, Shoulder Issues such as frozen shoulder and rotator cuff issues, Neck Issues and Pain, Migraine Relief and much more!  I truly believe in the healing power of Massage Therapy and have dedicated my life to helping others.  Several years ago massage was introduced into my life through my Grandmother who spent three years in a nursing home.  The only thing that made her feel better was massage therapy.  I began to see her improvements, not only physically but mentally. This empowered me and gave me the passion that I have for massage today.
