Some titles I have earned along my path include;  farm wife, mother, grandmother, volunteer, nurse and friend.  

The services I offer include deep tissue work, relaxation, hot stones and cupping.  In the area of energy work I offer Reiki and Crainiosacral Therapy.  When I come across a new modality that I strongly believe is a benefit to the amazing human body,  I study about it and add to my practice.
