Stacey has spent her life helping people from her twenty plus years of Nursing to graduating from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies to continue a career in alternative therapy. Her specialties include Advanced Swedish, Integrative, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, and Neuromuscular Therapy. She is able to take an informed and evidence based approach with her practice to ensure that her treatments are well rounded and functional. Her approach to treatment involves a full intake assessment to identify any conditions so that she is better able to treat her clients and focus on their specific needs. Stacey became an LMT to learn the Holistic side of healthcare. Although she enjoys her role as a nurse, Stacey has seen the impact of stress on health. Becoming an LMT allows Stacey to help clients by providing massage as preventative maintenance counteracting the physical and mental strains (stress) of today's society whether it be from sitting at a computer, driving, to even using a cell phone. She is continuing her education to offer other modalities and keep abreast of new and upcoming techniques. Stacey's other passions include playing with her granddaughter, painting, sports, motorcycles, games, and vacationing. Come in and take a mini-vacation on Stacey's massage table today. Stacey believes in the healing power of touch.
