I've been a massage therapist for 10 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning as well as offer the most current variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again. I look forward to giving you a customized massage session. 

I am currently member of the Massage Association for Massage & Bodywork Professional this origination holds my practicing insurance and provides the most up to date industry standards. 

I am a member of the American Business Women's Association where I have served at the Vice President of the Engaging Leaders Chapter in Lawrence, Kansas. As a member of the American Business Women's Association I have eared my ABWA MBA Essential at the University of Kansas Business School in 2022. 

A little about my personal life. I have a supportive family that includes my husband and my two daughters.  We are an active family who likes boating, fishing,  and living on the farm. If I'm not in my massage office you will find me in the garden or working cattle. EATING HEALTHY and being a COWGIRL is what I LOVE!
