Sheryl L. Kacho, Licensed Massage Practitioner, has been a massage therapist for over 21 years. I graduated with honors from Seattle Massage School back in 1997 and has been helping and teaching clients ever since. I am board eligible and will be taking the National Board Certification exams by the end of 2018. I use a holistic approach to help my clients learn and understand their bodies. It is my top priority to educate clients so their healing process continues at home. I have worked with professional athletes, Cirque De Soleil performers, avid day spa clients as well as those who just want to relax. Some of my specialty's include cupping massage, pregnancy massage, relaxation, deep tissue as well as a host of many more modalities and spa treatments.

I have taken multiple courses on Anatomy and Physiology as well as Kinesiology (the study of muscles and movements). I understand the body and how it works. My extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system helps me to create a specific treatment plan for each client.

I have spent time working with Orthopedic surgeons and understands total knee replacements, spinal surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, total hip replacements as well as many other Orthopedic problems. 

Outside of my practice, I enjoy yoga, hot pilates, riding my bicycle and living a healthy life style. I am originally from Tacoma, Washington where I learned how to garden my  own organic foods.
