I am from the Lansing area and I have worked by day for the Michigan Legislature in an administrative capacity since 2003.  Being a person who suffers from bulging and herniated discs and lower back issues, I became intrigued by the healing and therapeutic potential of massage therapy when used in tandem with chiropractic care. So, in 2009, I began studying nutrition, medical massage therapy, deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy. I have attended Lansing Community College and Central Michigan University and I also spent 2 years in internships learning techniques under the direction of 2 certified massage therapists. I received my State of Michigan Massage Therapist license in 2014, and it has been my privilege to work with the team at Cornerstone Chiropractic helping to facilitate our patients' health and wellness through chiropractic and massage.
