Massage therapy is a path I was always interested in exploring. The connection between mind, body and soul is an important focus in my personal life, and I wanted to share that with others. I spent several years in social services hoping to connect with people during their time of healing, but it never felt like the right fit for me. I realized that massage therapy was my true calling, and finally returned to the idea of pursuing massage therapy as a career. I graduated from Health Enrichment Center in 2021.

Massage has given me the platform to problem solve, and the outlet to be creative in finding a solution. Some techniques I find especially useful are cupping, muscle energy techniques, and targeting trigger points. Being able to use these tools to provide relief and healing for my clients is what fuels my passion for massage and I look forward to sharing that with you.

My massage was amazing. I had hip pain for a long time and you knew exactly where to work on my muscles to provide relief. The days after my massages were the first pain free days I have had in years. Thank you for spending extra time on this area and really listening to me.

Alyssa is a friendly, yet professional practitioner, who provides excellent service. She warmly welcomed me. It was my first visit and I felt at ease. I had filled out the new patient paperwork online and she asked for clarification on some questions. Alyssa asked what I liked in a massage and listened. My 90 minute session was relaxing and rewarding. I’ll definitely return!

Alyssa's massages are relaxing and work on underlying tension in the muscles. She will not make you sore or multiply your pain. Alyssa asks before and after massage about pain and always says 'Thank you'.

Alyssa is a very warm and welcoming human. You could tell just how connected she is to her work throughout the entire massage. She gives great deep pressure while being targeted and intentional with every move. Her space is so beautiful and serene, I will definitely be back!

Alyssa took me on as a client during one of the most stressful periods of my life. I went in more tense than I can ever remember being before. I left feeling like a whole new person. At the end of the massage she quietly told me to take my time as she left the room. I laid on that table and shed tears of relief. I will be returning for sure. It would have been unprofessional to hug her, but I really wanted to!
