I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with over 1500 hours of training in massage therapy in 2001. I have continued my training as an advance practitioner of PUSH Muscle Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy for pain management, Sports Massage for performance and rehabilitation enhancement, as well as Reflexology. The philosophy guiding my practice grounds itself firmly in helping my clients heal their bodies naturally through bodywork. I endeavor to ensure my clients feel I am listening to what they want and what their bodies communicate to me. I strongly believe my calling is to work with clients to enhance or get back to their active lifestyles.
