     My integrated style of bodywork is a blend of my prior knowledge from the physical therapy world and my advanced certifications/training in massage. After graduation, I became a certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist as well as a stretching & flexibility coach to enhance my client's experience. Each session may include degrees of deep tissue, trigger point releases, neuromuscular, Swedish techniques, cupping, and/or myofascial releases. 
     When I am not in my studio, you will find me exploring new adventures with my hubby and happy doggos. I truly love hiking, mountain biking, climbing 14ers and skiing/snowboarding. Whenever time allows, I love to travel and learn about new cultures. If you happen to cross my path, I’m known to give out some pretty solid high fives!
     Take some time to slow life down, get rebalanced and feel the effects "ripple" more happy back into your life!

Wow! Jess’ new space is amazing! It’s warm, friendly, and beautiful. What a great place to get a relaxing massage. As always, Jess is super knowledgeable, a great conversationalist, and I always leave feeling 100% relaxed and rejuvenated. I have appointments booked out for the rest of the year with her.

Be sure to book enough TIME! WE didn't. Very good results the next day. Going to do this regularly. Swelling reduced! Feeling very good. Our preparations before this session were lacking! Hence the 4 Stars due to our lack of proper preparations.
