Hello, my name is Serena.  I have been practicing massage since 2009. I graduated from The North East Institute of Whole Health in 2012.  I have volunteered at the 2012 and 2013 Boston Marathon giving post race massages to the athletes.  What an amazing experience THAT was!!

I have a passion for helping people achieve their best quality of life.. Through relief from built up muscle tension, stress reduction, improved circulation, being aware of postural imbalances, learning better sleep habits, and nutrition awareness.

I am continuously improving my knowledge base to help you improve the quality of your life!

I am in the process of obtaining a personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. I am currently proficient in Swedish (relaxation massage), Deep tissue/trigger point, Sports massage, pregnancy massage,  massage for seniors, and Hot Stone massage.

Soon I will be adding Lymphatic massage.
