A year ago, I began my myofascial release journey with Emily. High school injuries—back, hips, shoulder, neck, hamstring—left me in constant pain. I felt hopeless.
Emily is a bright ray of sunshine. She explained the mind-body connection. She showed me how my tailbone impacted my back, sacrum affected my hamstring, misaligned hips caused pain, and occipital affected my neck/shoulder. Emotional tension added to it all.

Emily was absolutely amazing!!! My husband booked a massage for our anniversary and it was incredible. Towards the end of the massage, she performed a myofascial release on my neck and my jaw released. I have been battling TMJ, tightness, and chronic pain from stress in my jaw for YEARS. This was the first time the muscle gave and relaxed in I don't know how long. Anxious to come back some time! Book with her today! Your body and soul deserve it!
