Lauren has been working in the field for over 5 years now. Starting as a collegiate athlete herself she moved into the field of personal training where she eventually saw the need for more sports minded massage therapists. She has worked with athletes in the NBA, NFL, Olympics, World Body Building and MMA. In addition to having a bubbly personality; her understanding of athletics and the human body have allowed her to be successful in her field.
