Rebecca started her training to be become a massage therapist in 1997 in Houston, Texas at Phoenix School of Holistic Health. Soon after graduation she moved back to her home in Robeson County, North Carolina where she practiced till 2000. Then she wanted to refresh her training with more of a medical focus. So off to Raleigh, NC to renew her education at Medical Arts Massage School. Now Rebecca is certified in many types of modalities such as Trigger Point, Vodder's Manual Lymphatic Drainage...

Now Rebecca is certified in many types of modalities such as Trigger Point, Vodder's Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) , Medical Massage, and Neuromuscular Release, just to list a few.  Rebecca enjoys doing both relaxing to deep tissue work during her workday and using all her training to customize the best treatment just for you. No session is ever the same and the more she gets to know someone's muscular problems the better their sessions become. She is always continuing her training to be the best therapist she can be.

When Rebecca's not working she loves spending time with her family ,and friends. Rebecca also enjoys relaxing on the beach, camping, searching for DIY projects on pinterest, and working in her yard.

Rebecca is fantastic. I came to her seeking therapeutic massage. She listened to my issues and intuitively knew where I needed work. She did deep tissue work were I needed it most and has made a huge difference in my quality of life.
