This was my first massage experience and of course, I was nervous as can be. Patrick was confident and clear in explaining what would occur and kept a nice conversation throughout the massage. He was very professional and made me comfortable despite my nerves. It was an all around enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Patrick was very thorough with his massage techniques and worked out several of my stress points on my lower and upper back, legs, arms and back of neck. I highly recommend Patrick. Patrick has been well trained in his craft.
