An adventurer at heart, Lauren brings experiences and lessons from time spent at some of the nation's most prestigious resorts in Wyoming, Colorado, Alaska, and our own Smoky Mountains. Her therapeutic approach is based on a deep understanding that our body's systems are connected–that muscle health, bone health, gut health, mental health, and nutrition, are all parts of the same system.
