All of our therapists are individually licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and will help you set goals and develop a care plan designed for your individual needs. Most importantly we listen to your needs and expectations for each massage session.
Whether you’re a new client, have been with us for years, are buying a gift for someone else, or are interested in ongoing appointments through a massage package deal, we’re ready to help!
Cancellations/Refunds/Late Arrival
A credit card is required to book an appointment. If you can’t make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll help you reschedule at no extra charge.
Cancellations: No-shows or cancellations for appointments without 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the service fee along with payment processing fees. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, we will issue a refund of the massage service payment but will not refund payment processing fees.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours will be considered a non-refundable cancellation and you will be charged 100% of the service fee including payment processing fees.
Refunds are not issued for pre-paid packages, monthly membership payments, or completed services. All purchases are final*.
Late arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your therapist may need to shorten your massage treatment time.
