Graduate of CCMT (CT Center for Massage Therapy/Steiner Education Group). I am also a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I specialize in Medical Massage, Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. I offer clients nurturing touch, authentic presence and intention to engage the whole person into deeper levels of relaxation.

My goal as a Massage Therapist is to assist and invite clients to actively participate in their own health. I hold the belief that one should take care of mind body spirit before taking care of others. I am passionate about my work and the positive affects of Massage Therapy. I have a deep respect for the need to balance daily activities with rest to allow the body and mind time to heal and return to wellness.

I strongly believe in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.

When I am not practicing, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with family and friends and looking for ways to expand my knowledge and enhance my skills.
