Monica gained a wealth of knowledge in Nursing school which amongst many skills learned, she was taught the importance of being aware of others needs as well as having excellent bedside manner. In addition to massage, Monica holds many certifications in various modalities including Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure, Reiki, Kinesio Taping, Aromatherapy, Cupping and Thai Massage.

Hands down best sports massage I have every had. Monica took the time to find the perfect pressure, worked magic on my overworked muscles, and the stretches she did on me as part of the masage were amazing. Will be back soon!
