Heather always asks how you're feeling, and what needs attention, and then makes that the central aspect of your treatment that day. She also provides some words of wisdom to help you prosper physically following your appointment.

I appreciated that Heather really listened and explained how she could help with my lower back issues.

I appreciate the help therapeutic massage can offer to relieve my body pain...getting those muscles, bones and nerves to cooperate with each other! (over time) Heather listens and explains and is considerate of my inexperience with therapeutic message. The first session of massaging, stretching and working the muscles, and heat therapy was terrific.

The Thai food massage was so relaxing. I liked that I could stay dressed for this treatment. The foot soak with essential oils to start then then the foot massage. My feet felt light and I left feeling refreshed after this treatment. Heather has a wonderful touch and is very skilled at what she does. Thank you Heather for a wonderful experience!

Like that she sat and explained what to expect while soaking my feet in a foot bath.

This was my first time having a Thai foot massage. It was helpful that she explained the philosophy behind it. The foot soak was pretty nice too!
