During her experience there she learned different techniques such as Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Trigger point therapy & Myofascial release. As always Erin provided an amazing massage that responded to my body's needs versus a cookie cutter approach most often seen in the industry. I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and ability to dig deep without making it uncomfortable. Five stars all around!
