Katie Paterson has been a massage therapist since 2019. As an athlete and mental health advocate she believes body, mind, and soul can be benefitted through massage work. Her sessions first start with listening to her client's goals and tailoring the service to their needs. She believes self care should not be considered an indulgence but a regular part of your routine. After running the 2025 Austin marathon this weekend, the aches and soreness were evident. Katie was AMAZING. She listened carefully to my needs and was very thorough in her service. My session was for one hour, but I’ll make sure to book my next visit for 1.5 hours. I highly recommend Katie for your upcoming massage therapy.
