Katie Paterson has been a massage therapist since 2019. As an athlete and mental health advocate she believes body, mind, and soul can be benefitted through massage work. Her sessions first start with listening to her client's goals and tailoring the service to their needs. She believes self care should not be considered an indulgence but a regular part of your routine. When Katie is not working she can be found swimming, running, cooking, listening to the Backstreet Boys, and snuggling her dog. Katie is the most amazing therapist. I’ve had in many years. I’ll be 50 this year and my body is falling apart. She focused on all the areas I asked her to and the level of pressure was exactly what my body needed. I like that she listens to the client and you truly feel like this is a customary therapy session just for you. I will definitely be going back to her. I have been searching for a good therapist since my therapist left the area during Covid. I am grateful for Katie —-you have got to make an appointment with her. She is truly amazing.
