Massage and Prosper is a vision realized of a studio that offers chronic pain management, medical, orthopedic and myofascial massage services with spa elements.

It’s a culmination of my experience at Midtown Manhattan Medical (a medical massage practice in collaboration with physical therapists and chiropractors) and the luxuries of your local Aveda spa.

Chronic pain management for conditions such as fibromyalgia, lupus, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, an injury or even the demands of your desk job or toddler do not have to be found under harsh office lights with sticky, disposable wax linens anymore. 

They can be received with your choice of aromatherapy on a heated, warm table with fresh linen to deliver a sense of relaxation and even joy.

Vice versa, some days you need a bit more than your usual Swedish or Sports massage and it’s very hard to find therapists that can release muscles from a stiff neck properly or provide careful but effective relief from piriformis syndrome in a spa setting. In my experience, it’s hit or miss and quite disappointing and a waste of money when it’s the latter.

It’s incredible to say Massage and Prosper can deliver just what you need that day. 

I’m so proud to offer the standard spa massages such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Sports alongside a myofascial and orthopedic menu. To meet the costs of sessions for treatment plans, rehabilitation for injuries, body building and strength training, I also offer a Membership plan that is tough to beat!

You’ll find the studio two blocks from Grove Street Path and naturally lit with wonderful, healing sunlight and the practitioners professional, friendly, caring and most importantly, happy to do what we do!
