Alexander has dedicated his career to understanding therapeutic healing and massage excellence. He specializes in rehabilitation, athletic recovery, post-operative pain, chronic pain, and acute and sub-actute injuries.

Prior to massage school, Alexander spent years training in athletics, Pilates and dance and continues practicing these activities at an elite level.  In 2002, Alexander decided to further his knowledge of body mechanics and excellence in movement by completing massage school in 2002 at Chicago School of Massage Therapy.

Shortly after graduation, Alexander began private practice and quickly became the lead massage therapy instructor at his alma mater at The Chicgago School of Massage Therapy Cortiva Institute. There, he redesigned the massage program and trained senior staff. He furthered his own private practice by working under renowned physical therapist Linda Tremain and at Good Sheppard Hospital’s Health and Fitness division. During this time Alexander learned countless skills and techniques in the areas of rehabilitation and therapeutic massage.

In 2006, Alexander moved to New Orleans shortly after hurricane Katrina. He worked as the lead massage therapist at Bella Donna Day Spa and Landers Physical Therapy. Alex also taught at the Blue Cliff College in Metairie. In 2008, Alexander joined the staff at Crane Rehab, a physical therapy group with a focus on multiple disciplinary healing. Alexander also broadened his scope of education with training in Pilates and TRX.

Alexander has also become certified in countless body modalities including myofascial massage therapy, Asian bodywork, Table Thai massage, sciatica myofascial techniques, stress management, therapeutic muscle stretching, hamstring pain, kinesiology taping, and most recently massage therapy cupping.

Alexander combines his extensive training in these modalities to assist his clients in maximum recovery and healing.

His Mission Statement is to help others realize their potential through the interaction of the body and mindfulness. Through exploration and education he will share in discovering ways to improve physical, mental, spiritual and emotional fitness.
