I've spent over a decade working alongside Chiropractors, high end spas, and sports clinics. I bring all of my experience and combine several modalities to suite your unique health needs. I am well versed in Prenatal massage, hot stones, Theragun, and Sports modalities as well. 
In my spare time I am a full-time Nursing student. You can say healthcare has always been my calling! I enjoy yoga, music, cooking, and love the outdoors. I look forward to assisting you with all you on your path to wellness.
