I partner in my work with folks of all age, from babies to 101 years old vital. My clients tell me they find comfort in me listening to them and their bodies. Together we build a foundation for our work. My studio space is beautifully peaceful. The energy that we create and manifest in it supports deep healing on many levels. I was lucky enough to work with children and their families during their stay at Children's Hospital. I was humbled and took lesson to the fact that these kids kept living in the moment and were remarkebly resilient and grateful.
Wellness Partner for Builders of Hope
Currently I am contracting with BOH as a wellness counselor to folks who have mental illness. I am partnered with a person to be a motivating factor in their lives as they maneuver the myriad of challenges they experience due to their mental illness. This is worthwhile work to me. To walk along side someone while they navigate through life.
Independent Wellness Partner
Working one on one with terminally ill patients. Focusing companionship to the needs of my client. Creating a healing space in their home and providing massage therapy and Reiki on a consistent basis throughout their illness. Listening with compassion to my clients stories, their fears, their hopes, their preparation for leaving this dimension.
Hospice
My time giving massage to persons who are traveling through the last stages of life has been very fulfilling. I learn a lot from these folks. I hear lots of words of wisdom through our ordinary day to day conversations. For me it is a privilege to be in their life, sharing times of relaxation and overall well being. Massage is the perfect language to communicate compassion and caring without words.
