Myofascial Release Evaluation & Treatment! Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle hands on technique, therapist provides gentle prolonged & sustained pressure to a fascia restriction in the body, where it is needed in the body. Releasing fascial restrictions results in improved range of motion, decrease pain. Clients who come in for MFR report decrease pain and improve overall wellness! (Please wear loose shorts and a tank top, no oil or lotion on your skin prior to session to prevent gliding!)

I was in Las Vegas for work for a couple days with severe back pain. I was unsure about being treated away from home but, I was so glad I did! Mayra was very nice, very welcoming, and easy to be comfortable with. She knew right where to treat me and helped my back pain tremendously! I will definitely be visiting her again next time I am in Las Vegas!
