Shannon works magic! I went in with a pulled neck and shoulder muscle, which was becoming unbearable, and left feeling amazing! I actually got some sleep last night and the pain is barely there today!

As a former massage therapist myself (years ago!) I was very impressed with Shannon’s massage skills! I went for pain relief.
The way Shannon approached the problem was well thought out and thorough. She also seemed to have good intuition in knowing how long and what way to work on specific muscle groups. She was very responsive when I asked for less pressure on one particular muscle group that was very painful. (She had encouraged this before starting the massage.) Her touch is very soothing and relaxing as well as helpful in pain management. I already scheduled my next massage at the end of this one!
