I enjoyed my first somatic therapy session with Cat. It was so dope and deep to be doing this work with another Black femme. During our session, Cat was incredibly gentle as they held space for me. They listened and let me take my time to express myself in movement. The sweet space allowed me to begin to heal & let go of my trauma. I'm thankful.
