Hi, my name is Erika Cripe. I've been a personal trainer in the fitness field for 30 years. I studied kinesiology and minored in nutrition at Lousiana State University. I've attained certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Aerobics, Silver Sneakers and Water aerobics. I've studied herbs, essential oils, permaculture and food as medicine, Chinese and Arvadic medicine, energy and light medicine. I am a somatic and holotropic breath work coach as well as a yomassage practitioner. I ran a small hobby farm and CSA(Community Supported Agriculture) in the past, when we lived in Oklahoma. Abundant health has always been a passion of mine. Massage and body work came so naturally to me and felt like an extension of who I am.
