I am an energy therapist and studying Shaman. I use the energy from your subtle body to help you rebalance and release the old things that are holding you back.

My goal is to help you heal from past things that life has thrown at you. Through energy work I can help you see things differently. I can also help you create a plan to bring holistic living more into your lifestyle. 

 I've been working on my craft since 2016. I try to live mindfully and take care of myself even when it's hard. I focus on more earth-based methods and energy waves.  I use Reiki, gemstones, shamanism and sound. I like to focus on your chakras as individuals then on your body as a whole.

I know this can sound very strange, but I've seen great break throughs happen and I've seen questions answered that bring peace and understanding.

My sessions work well with other therapies and on their own. I feel very lucky to get to share my work with others.
