I graduated from RCMT April 2019  and started my own practice that same year.  I’ve also worked in chiropractors offices and a spa to broaden my experience. I certified as a Yomassage®️ therapist in 2021 to offer my clients the combination of Touch Stretch and Breath by combining yoga and massage. I am Yomassage Trauma Informed certified. In 2024 I certified in Manual Lymph Drainage through ACOLS (Academy of Lymphatic Studies) to be able to offer Lymphatic services as well.

This was my first time getting hot stone and it was nothing I've ever experienced before. The heat from the stones melted away the tension in my muscles allowing for deeper release and relaxation. I left feeling light as a feather, so I can't recommend enough!
