This was my first experience with Iara, and it was wonderful! I am a midlife cisgendered female experiencing some sleep disruption due to physical discomfort (likely due to stress) and perimenopause symptoms. Iara was attentive and thoughtful as I shared my concerns and made the whole experience comfortable and safe. I have also recently experienced a significant loss, and while we did not discuss this, in the hours after my massage I could feel a quiet sadness. It occurred to me that she had unwound the grief energy from my body so that I could release it. That night was one of the best night's of sleep I've had in ages. I can't wait to see Iara again!

Wonderful massage. Intuitive massage therapist. Iara listened to my concerns and addressed them. She incorporated different techniques and modalities as needed to get the most out of our time. I felt so much better at the end of our session. I would highly recommend Iara to anyone looking to get a massage!
