Carolyn is amazing. I grind my teeth and as a result, have a lot of tension and pain that radiates from my jaw, down through my neck and into my shoulders. After just one session, I felt relief. My schedule is chaotic, but Carolyn was able to get me in for a 30 minute session to focus on the problem areas. The overall environment is wonderful and relaxing. I do also appreciate that Carolyn asks for approval to begin each session.
