Rebecca is a native Hoosier, who graduated from the Indiana College of Sports and Medical Massage (now Indiana Wellness College) in 2015 after hitting the pause button on a decades-long journalism career. While in Brazil for the 2014 World Cup, deep thoughts began circulating about how massage therapy could work to promote health and balance in others' lives while at the same time fostering personal wellness improvements. Now, with more than five years in practice, the move toward health and balance has paid dividends many times over. Regular clients cover a vast range of backgrounds — surgeons and scientists, pro athletes, senior citizens, chefs, executives and lots of everyday people who benefit from taking time for their wellness. Rebecca's technique uses a Swedish base and incorporates awareness of trigger points, acupoints, assisted stretching and fascial integrity, as well as deep tissue and sports techniques. While massage often feels like a luxury, Rebecca is of the firm belief that massage is a right. She is happy to help her clients exercise that right — every 2-6 weeks for the optimum wellness.

Since beginning my practice in 2015, I've performed thousands of customized, therapeutic massages to a wide variety of clientele from athletes and office workers to students and senior citizens. I build on a classic Swedish base, drawing from targeted trigger point work, manipulation of acupoints and assisted stretching. I also regularly use hot stones and aromatherapy. My therapies often work to help clients relax, revitalize and relieve pain. I'm also used to helping with administrative duties, conducting/recording initial client interviews, determining therapy goals and updating the studio database with SOAP notes and additional information. I also enjoy using social media to build awareness of massage therapy.
