Rejuvenate your Mind, Body & Soul

My passion to help others placed me back in school pursuing a nursing degree. I learned a lot in that year, including my discovery that healthcare no longer has a main focus on patient care because of the ever changing healthcare directives. So I refocused my direction of helping others through massage. I believe the body is capable of healing itself but sometimes it needs a little assistance whether it needs a medical practitioner or at the hands of a massage therapist. I graduated from Texas School of Massage in January 2011 along with receiving my certification in Sports Therapy massage. Thus, allowing me to volunteer for the MS150 & Ironman marathons in Houston, TX.  While starting my new journey in promoting the many benefits of massage I have taken classes in Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral (CSTI), Lymphatic Drainage & Prenatal in order to provide various techniques to customize massage sessions to individual needs. I love my profession and I am rewarded by the people I have helped in the past and those I will encounter going forward.

When I am not working, I am spending time with my family. I have been married for 26 wonderful years and look forward to the many years to come. My son is attending college, pursuing an education in Chemical Engineering. I enjoy the great outdoors and traveling.

Whether you have tired muscles from a workout, stress from work or suffer from migraines, massage will provide you with the relief you are seeking. Schedule your appointment today!
