Kinsley takes care to pay attention to your needs and make you feel as comfortable as possible. There are a lot of "little things" that help make the experience relaxing and enjoyable, like the lighting, music, bottled water, facial cleanser, and York peppermints :). The massage was great, and I will definitely be returning!
